Welcome to 2BIB. By accessing or using the 2BIB platform — including the website at 2bib.com, the web application at app.2bib.com, and the 2BIB mobile applications for iOS and Android (collectively, the "Services") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 2BIB ("we," "our," or "us"). Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms on your behalf.

Residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) and UK must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in their country of residence, whichever is greater, to create an account.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and that you are not prohibited from using the Services under any applicable law.

To access most features, you must create an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your password confidential and not share access to your account with others.
• Notify us immediately at support@2bib.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent activity.

2BIB is an AI-powered nutrition tracking platform. The Services allow you to:

• Log food intake, beverages, and water consumption
• Scan food items using AI-powered photo analysis
• Look up foods by barcode or search our database
• Track body weight, macronutrients, and calorie targets over time
• Set and monitor personalized nutrition goals
• View historical charts and insights
• Participate in team or group nutrition programs (with applicable plans)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

2BIB is a personal wellness and nutrition tracking tool. It is not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

The nutritional estimates generated by our AI food scanning feature are approximations based on visual analysis and reference databases. They may not be accurate for all foods, preparation methods, or serving sizes. Always verify nutritional information with the product label or a qualified nutritional professional when accuracy is critical.

Calorie and macro targets calculated by 2BIB (including BMR, TDEE, and adaptive targets) are based on widely used formulas applied to the metrics you provide. These are estimates. Metabolic rates vary significantly between individuals, and nutritional needs differ based on health conditions, medications, and other factors.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider, registered dietitian, or nutritionist before making significant changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health practices — particularly if you have an existing medical condition.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to 2BIB, including food log entries, custom food entries, goals, and photos ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant 2BIB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process your User Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content, and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We do not use your individual food logs, body metrics, or other personal health data to train machine learning models.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Services if you are under the applicable minimum age
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits or other restrictions
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the Services
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Use the AI scanning feature to process images unrelated to personal nutrition tracking
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Services to transmit spam, malware, or any other harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to the 2BIB brand, logos, software, algorithms, design, text, graphics, and user interface — are the exclusive property of 2BIB and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in or to the Services beyond the limited license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Services may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

Our Services integrate with third-party service providers for authentication, AI food analysis, payment processing, and infrastructure. Your use of any third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.

The Services may contain links to external websites or resources. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party sites.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 2BIB and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any User Content you submit.

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use of the Services poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law — will survive.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with the arbitration to be conducted in English. YOU AND 2BIB EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm. If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may also have the right to bring claims in your local courts under applicable consumer protection laws.

If you have a dispute, please contact us first at support@2bib.com. We will try to resolve it informally within 30 days before either party initiates formal proceedings.

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and notify you via email or a prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect (or immediately for changes required by law).

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and delete your account.

• Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2BIB regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
• No Agency. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and 2BIB.
